According to Syrian state news agency, SANA, The Committee encompasses the following judges:

- Zyad Yousef al-Hammoud al-Yassen

- Rida Soleiman Moussa

- Abdul-Majeed Mohammad Issam al-Masri

The substitute Judges:

- Sofian Ismaeil Jokhadar

- Abdo Hassan Shahla

- Muneera Zaki Waseti

- Haider Hamza Rahmeh -Zyad Elian Abo Zaida
