Archer Hadi Nori Bags Gold in Individual Compound Open
INCHEON (Tasnim) – Iran won the gold medal in the Men's Individual Compound Open in the 2014 Asian Para Games on Thursday.
The Iranian archer, Hadi Nori, defeated Tung Sang Wu from Hong Kong 142-136 and won the gold medal.
China tops medal tally with 159 medals, followed by South Korea (67), Japan (37) and Iran (35).
Iran has previously won 22 gold medals in the games.
Vahid Keshtkar claimed a gold medal in the men's 400 m freestyle S13.
Erfan Hosseini won the gold medal in the men's javelin throw F12–13.
Sareh Javanmardi earned the gold medal in the Mixed 50 meter pistol SH1.
