KHOY (Tasnim) – An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale hit Khoy city in Iran’s northwestern province of West Azarbaijan on Saturday night, killing three people, injuring nearly 1,000 others, and forcing the residents to spend the night outside their damaged houses.
