Iran Defeats Tunisia in FINA World Water Polo Development
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran crushed Tunisia 19-5 in the 5th FINA World Water Polo Development on Wednesday.
Iran had already defeated Guatemala 20-2 and Indonesia 18-6 in their two previous matches.
"I believe that Austria is stronger than the other teams in the group," Iran's Head Coach Sirous Taherian said in the post-match news conference.
"I hope that our players take their rival seriously. We will take nothing for granted."
Iran will play Austria on Thursday to decide the group leader.
