Supreme Leader to Host President Rouhani, Cabinet for Iftar Tonight

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei will host an Iftar ceremony on Tuesday night with Iran's President Hassan Rouhani and the members of his cabinet in attendance, an Iranian official announced.

Parviz Esmaili, the deputy for communications and information at the president's office, told Tasnim that Rouhani and his cabinet will attend Imam Khamenei's Iftar ceremony tonight.

It will come hours after Iran and the Group 5+1 (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany) concluded more than two weeks of talks over Tehran's nuclear program in Vienna on Tuesday, in what a senior Iranian lawmaker explained as "successful".

The negotiating parties earlier today reached a conclusion over the text of a comprehensive deal on Tehran's nuclear program after 22 months of diplomatic negotiations.
