Iranian Teams Lose at Deaf Futsal World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian men’s and women’s teams suffered defeat at the 2015 Deaf Futsal World Cup on Wednesday.
The men’s team was defeated against Russia 2-1 in Group B but advanced to the semifinal as the top team over Russia on goal difference.
Iran will play the Netherlands on Thursday while Russia face Thailand.
Iran women’s team also lost to Japan 6-2.
The team will face Thailand on Thursday for the seventh place.
