Iran’s Esteghlal Ahvaz Parts Company with Hanteh

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian football club Esteghlal Ahvaz parted ways with Ali Hanteh on Friday.

Hanteh replaced Siavash Bakhtiarizadeh in October but was forced to leave the club after two months following the poor results.

Hanteh parted company with the team by mutual consent.

Siavash Bakhtiarizadeh, who was sacked after suffering a 5-0 defeat against Rah Ahan, has been re-appointed as the team coach.

Esteghlal Ahvaz remains rooted to the bottom of the Iran Professional League table.
