Commander Underlines Iran’s Intelligence Supremacy over Takfiri Terrorists

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Commander of Iran’s Army Ground Force assured the nation of a close watch being kept on the Takfiri terrorists across the region, stressing that the threats will be combated far away from the country’s borders.

“There is no reason for concern, since there is full intelligence dominance over the Takfiri forces in the region,” Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan said in an address to the Friday prayers worshippers in Tehran.

He explained that Iran’s military strategy for dealing with the Takfiri terrorists is to destroy them outside the borders, before they even take the time to approach the frontier.

The commander then gave an assurance that Iranian military forces will never face a surprise attack, because the whole moves on the ground, in the sea of in the air are being analyzed to develop the necessary defense strategies.

Iran has already announced that if the Daesh (ISIL or ISIS) terrorist group nears any area about 40 kilometers from the country’s borders, Tehran will definitely intervene and confront them.
