In addition to a speech to the conference, the Iranian speaker will hold meetings with a number of his foreign counterparts, the envoy added.

The meeting will be held on April 18-20.

According to BelTA news agency, the meeting in Moscow is going to focus on stronger parliamentary cooperation among the Eurasian countries.

Heads of parliament from some 20 counties are expected to take part in the conference.
