Train Collides with Truck in Northern Iran, 30 Wounded
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Some 30 people sustained moderate and minor injuries on Friday after a moving passenger train collided with a truck in northern Iran.
Police and Fire Department officials said the train and the truck collided in the morning near the city of Behshahr, some 350 kilometers northeast of the capital, Tehran, IRNA reported.
According to the report the injured were immediately taken to nearby hospitals in the cities of Behshar and Galoogah.
The crash had no fatalities, it added.
