Moroccan Winger Nabil Dirar Misses Iran’s Match: Report


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Moroccan national football team and Turkish Süper Lig club Fenerbahce winger Nabil Dirar has reportedly missed the first match of the 2018 World Cup.

The 32-year-old player most recently missed a friendly match against Ukraine due to an injury, akhbarnanet.com reported.

Morocco has been scheduled to face Iran at Saint Petersburg on June 15 in its first match.

Group B consists of Iran, Morocco, Portugal and Spain.

The 2018 World Cup will take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15.
