Israeli Bulldozers, Forces Enter Khan Al-Ahmar to Demolish Village (+Video)

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Three Israeli military bulldozers accompanied by police forces entered the village of Khan al-Ahmar in the occupied West Bank on Monday to demolish the village.

Footage shows Israeli police clashing with activists and inhabitants of the village, as a bulldozer works on moving ground.

Three activists were arrested by Israeli police, according to reports. On the same day, Khan al-Ahmar was reportedly flooded with sewage water by Israeli settlers of the illegal Kfar Adumim settlement.

Israel intends to demolish Khan al-Ahmar, a Jahalin Bedouin village home to around 1,500 people, and forcibly remove its residents in order to build a settlement in its place.

Israel's High Court ruled in May that Khan al-Ahmar's residents could be transferred to a location next to a waste site in East Jerusalem, despite their opposition to being forcibly displaced.
