The euro-to-ruble rate fell by 8.25 kopecks to 98.21 rubles, TASS reported. 

The euro-to-ruble rate fell by 8.25 kopecks to 98.21 rubles, the China's yuan-to-ruble rate increased by 1.35 kopecks and amounted to 12,626 rubles.

In recent weeks, the American greenback has experienced a consecutive drop in rate compared to the Russian ruble.
