Iran Mall’s Jundishapur Library Hosts Iran-India Culture Day


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iran-India Culture Day was commemorated at the Jundishapur Library at Iran Mall in Tehran with the participation of the cultural managers of the two countries and Indian Ambassador to Iran Ambassador Rudra Gaurav Shresth.

The cultural event was also attended by a great number of Iranians and Indian nationals as well as Dr. Alireza Habibi, the deputy head of the Iran Cultural Figures Association.

A Ghawali troupe from India performed poems composed by the renowned Iranian Poet Hakim Nezami Ganjavi, which was highly welcomed by the audience.

CEO of Iran Mall Trade Complex Jamshid Eqbalpour said that Iran Mall is ready to help expand international cooperation, especially with Asian countries such as India, Mehr news agency reported. 

The Indian envoy also hailed the beautiful design and architecture of Iran Mall and expressed hope that the cultural cooperation between Tehran and New Delhi will develop.
