Friendly: Persepolis Edges Mes Rafsanjan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis football team defeated Mes Rafsanjan 1-0 in a warm-up match on Sunday in Tehran’s Shahid Kazemi Stadium.
With eight minutes remaining, Farshad Faraji found the back of the net with a header.
Mes will play Esteghlal next Saturday, while Persepolis will travel to Sirjan to play Gol Gohar on Sunday.
Esteghlal and Persepolis are Iran Professional League’s favorites with 46 and 43 points, respectively.
