Russia's Coach Klimkin Stunned by Iranian Noisy Fans

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Russian national volleyball team's coach Aleksandr Klimkin is left stunned by the Iranian fans in Tehran's Azadi Hall.

Russia lost to Iran in straight sets (25-21, 25-21, 25-21) in Pool B of the 2015 FIVB World League Friday night.

“The crowd was so loud that I still have an earache.  I have never seen such a crowd elsewhere,” Klimkin said in the press conference.

“On the other hand, the Iranian players were really perfect. This proved the high unity of the team."

"The problem of our team was mainly our injuries. We had to substitute the injured with players from different posts,” he added.
