Iran Beaten by Serbia in FIBA U-19 World Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran lost to Serbia in the FIBA U-19 World Championships on Friday night.
The Iranian team was defeated against Serbia 83-70 in Heraklion, Greece.
Serbia’s Milos Glisic scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
Mohammad Yousefvand led Iran with 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
In Saturday's Classification 13-16 action will see Iran squaring off with China.
