Iranian, Russian Navy Commanders Discuss Caspian Sea Security

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari and the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy Admiral Viktor Chirkov conferred on Caspian Sea security issues.

In their Saturday meeting in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg, the two navy commanders emphasized that the security of the Caspian Sea should only be ensured by the five littoral states.
