Iran’s Hadadi Earns Trip to IAAF World Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Ehsan Hadadi from Iran booked a place for the 2015 International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Championships.
The competitions will be held in Beijing, China, from August 22 to 30.
Hadadi stood on the podium in the Luxembourg event, throwing his personal best of 65.22 meters.
The event will bring about 2,000 athletes from more than 200 nations together.
The 2015 IAAF World Championships will be the largest sporting event to take place at the Beijing National Stadium (Bird's Nest) since the 2008 Summer Olympics.
