Iran U-21 Volleyball Team to Travel to Mexico on Tuesday
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will depart Tehran for Mexico on Tuesday to take part at the 2015 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship.
Iran has been drawn in Pool C along with Brazil, Cuba and China.
The team will open the tournament with a match against China on September 11.
“We travel to Mexico one week earlier to adopt to the new time zone. My only concern in our players’ jetlag,” Iran coach Farhad Nafarzadeh said.
The 2015 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship will be held in Tijuana and Mexicali, Mexico from 11 to 20 September 2015.
