TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari and his Kazakh counterpart General Zhandarbek Zhanzakov in a meeting here in Tehran on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to boost defense cooperation.
