TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei held a meeting here in Tehran on Monday during which Putin gifted one of the world’s oldest Quran manuscripts to Imam Khamenei.
