DAMASCUS (Tasnim) – Muslims gathered in the holy shrine of Sayyidah Ruqayya (AS) - daughter of the third Shiite imam, Imam Hussein (AS)- in Damascus on Tuesday night to mark Laylat al-Qadr, one of the most significant hallmarks of the holy month of Ramadan, also known as the Night of Destiny.
