Cargo Plane Crashes Near Tehran, Killing at Least 15

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - A Boeing 707 cargo plane crashed in Iran on Monday, killing 15 people. The plane crashed when it ran out of runway while attempting to land at an airport in the city of Karaj, West of Tehran.
