TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Millions of Shiite Muslims and others have gathered in the Iraqi holy city of Karbala to hold mourning processions marking Arbaeen, which comes 40 days after Ashura, the martyrdom anniversary of the third Shiite Imam, Imam Hussein (AS).
