Syrian Army Stages Large-Scale Operations across Country
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Syrian Army carried out large-scale military operations against militants in several areas around the country, killing a number of them and injuring others.
The large-scale operations included area in Aleppo province, Idlib and other regions killing many terrorists and injuring others.
“Army units confronted terrorists' attempt of attacking a military posts near Busra town in Daraa, killing several terrorists and wounding others,” SANA said.
A military source said that army units killed many terrorists in Atman town, destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the army units destroyed two cars which were heading to al-Basheriyeh in the countryside along with the weapons and ammunition inside them.
In the same context, an army unit destroyed a terrorists' depot full of mortar shells that made of Gas cylinders, killing 8 terrorists near Maar Tamsaren in the countryside, it said.
