Argentina Is Not Just Messi, Iran's Captain Nekounam Says
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian national football team captain Javad Nekounam said Argentina football team has very good players in all area and the team is not just Messi.
Iran will play favorite Argentina in Group F of the 2014 World Cup on Saturday at Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte.
“On Saturday we face the favorite to win the match and the group,” Nekounam was quoted as saying by Marca on Thursday.
“We’ll try to do well but if it doesn’t go well, nothing happens."
“Argentina isn’t just Messi,” the 33-year-old added. “They have very good players in all areas.”
