Rezaei joined Zob Ahan with an 18 month contract which keeps him until the end of 2015–16 season with Isfahani side.
Rezaei started his career at Foolad. In the 2010-11 season he scored one and provided two assists for his team mates in 16 games.
He has also played in Saipa.
Rezaei is a member of Iran U-23 football team as well. He played 18 times for the team and scored 10 goals.
