Iran’s Tractor Sazi Beats Al-Ahli in ACL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Tractor Sazi defeated Al-Ahli of the UAE in Group D of the AFC Champions League on Wednesday.
The Iranian football team beat Al-Ahli 1-0 in Tabriz’s Yadegare Emam Stadium.
Farshad Ahmadzadeh scored the only goal of the match in the 40th minute.
The Iranian football team could have scored more goals in the second half.
Tractor lost to Nasaf Qarshi of Uzbekistan 2-1 last week.
Toni Oliveira’s men will face Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia on March 17 and Al-Ahli of the UAE will host Nasaf.
