We Took Our Chance, Toni Oliveira Says
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Tractor Sazi coach Toni Oliveira said that they took advantage of their chances in the match against Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League on Wednesday.
Iran’s Tractor Sazi defeated the Emirati team 1-0 in Group D, thanks to a goal from Farshad Ahmadzadeh in Tabriz’s Yadegare Emam Stadium.
“We believed in ourselves and I dedicate this victory to our fans. I think we took our chance against Al-Ahli,” Oliveira said in the post match news conference.
“Tractor played well and won the match. Our fans also supported us superbly for 90 minutes,” the Portuguese coach added.
