Iran Beach Soccer Team Defeats Belarus in Friendly

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian national beach soccer team defeated Belarus in a friendly in Tehran’s Academy Football on Sunday.

Team Melli is preparing for the AFC Beach Soccer Championship 2015, which will be held in Doha from March 23 to 28.

Iran has been pitted against Thailand and Lebanon in Group D of the competition.

Marco Octavio’s men will also play Belarus on Monday.
