Presidents of international book fairs from Oman, this year's special guest, France, Italy, and Russia, among others, will attend the 28th edition of TIBF, which will take place in the Iranian capital city on May 6-16.
Culture ministers from Iraq, Qatar, and Bangladesh will also attend the international cultural event.
Tehran International Book Fair, which is annually held in May, provides a good opportunity for publishers from Iran and other countries to display their latest titles.
Last year, the fair attracted some 5 million visitors.
