Iran Volleyball Team Defeats Czech Republic in Friendly
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran volleyball team defeated the Czech Republic in straight sets 25-18, 25-21, 25-15 on Friday night.
Iran will play two more friendlies with the Czech Republic.
Slobodan Kovac’s men will depart from Czech Republic for Los Angeles to start the 2015 FIVB World League.
Team Melli will begin the campaign against the US on May 30 and 31 in Los Angeles.
Iran has been drawn in Pool B along with Olympic champion Russia, 2014 World Champion Poland and World League titleholder the US.
