The Iranian U-11 football team defeated Hungarian Videoton FC Fehervar 4-0 and then edged VFB Stuttgart to qualify for the semifinals.
KIA Football Academy will play Bayer 04 Leverkusen to book a place in the final match.
The U-11 tournament is taking place in the Kitzbueheler Alps from May 22nd to 25th.
The team is coached by Mehdi Mahdavikia, who played for VfL Bochum, Hamburger SV and Eintracht Frankfurt and Hamburg SV from the 1998 to 2010.
