Iran defeated Pakistan 3-0 in the final match and won the title.
Ali Tahmasbizadeh's team started the campaign with a narrow 3-2 win over Tajikistan.
Iran crushed Sri Lanka 4-0 and was held to a 2-2 draw against India.
A total of seven teams, namely Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan participated in the festival at the Stiqlol Academy in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
The festival is focusing on development rather than winning.
All teams received a medal and certificate of participation.
