Asian Volleyball Championship: Iran Routs Kuwait in Straight Sets
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran started the 18th Asian Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship with a 3-0 win over Kuwait in Pool A on Friday.
Iran defeated the Persian Gulf team in straight sets (25-13, 25-22, 25-13) in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
The Iranian team has been scheduled to play Kazakhstan on Saturday.
A total of 16 teams are competing in the 18th Asian Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship from July 31 to August 8 at Azadi Indoor Stadium in Tehran.
