Bulgarian Setter Andrey Zhekov Set to Join Iran’s Paykan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Andrey Zhekov, Bulgaria volleyball setter, is on the verge of joining Iran’s Paykan.
It’s understood the Iranian club has reached an initial agreement with the 35-year-old setter.
Zhekov is a member of Romanian club Tomis Constanta.
The setter has won bronze medal with Bulgaria in 2006 World Championship in Japan.
Zhekov has also won a bronze medal with Bulgaria in the 2007 FIVB World Cup.
