Titled “The Silk Road through Afghanistan”, the conference will be held in the Afghan capital of Kabul on September 3 and 4.
Representatives from 50 countries, including foreign and interior ministers, are going to take part at the international event.
The 1st RECCA was held in Kabul in 2005, and the next editions were held in New Delhi, Islamabad, Istanbul, and Dushanbe.
According to Afghanistan’s Foreign Ministry, the upcoming conference will include a high-level ministerial meeting, 3 working group gatherings, as well as an academic forum, a regional business forum and a trade exhibition.
