Iran’s Nekopaeian, Gharouni into KL Junior Open Squash Championship Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iran’s Parmin Nekopaeian and Mohammad Danial Gharouni advanced to the final match of the 9th KL Junior Open Squash Championship.
The Iranian squash player defeated Shaddana Ramanitharan from Malaysia 11-4, 11-6, 3-11, 11-3 to reach girls’ Under-9.
She will play Malaysian Sashmini Chandran on Sunday.
In the boys’ Under-13, Iran’s Mohammad Danial Gharouni defeated Malaysian Andrik Lim Kai Shan 11-4, 11-7, 11-5 and advanced to tha final match.
He will meet Muhammad Amir Amirul Azhar from Malaysia on Sunday.
KL Junior Open Squash Championship has brought about 500 squash players in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia together from December 2 to 7, making it the biggest junior tournament in Asia.
