Slobodan Kovac Pens Farewell Letter to Iran Volleyball Federation
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Former Iran volleyball coach Slobodan Kovac has penned a goodbye letter to Iran Volleyball Federation, after parting company with the Asian team.
The Serbian coach, who was appointed as Iran coach in March 2014, was replaced by Argentine Raul Lozano in mid-November.
“I would like to send this message since I had two great years in Iran. I thank you Mr. Davarazani (head of Iran Volleyball Federation) since you always supported me in my time in Iran," Kovac said.
"It was a great pleasure to work with the Iranian talented players and making history with them. I wish you all the best," he added as published on the Iran Volleyball Federation’s official website.
