Iran Suffers Second Loss at Asian Water Polo Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian national water polo team lost to China in the Asian Olympic Qualifying Tournament on Friday.
In the match held in Foshan, south China's Guangdong Province, Iran was defeated against host China 19-6.
Iran will play Kazakhstan on Sunday in its last match.
Iran had lost to Japan 23-2 in the first day of the competition and defeated Saudi Arabia 18-9.
Five men's teams China, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia are competing in the tournament with the winner qualifying for Rio.
