Irfan Smajlagic’s men had lost to Czech Republic 32-38 on Monday.

The event was held in Wroclaw, Poland on December 28-29.

The competition brought Poland, Iran, Ukraine and Czech Republic together.

The tournament was a test before Asian Men’s Handball Championship, which begins on January 15 in Manama, Bahrain.

The Iranian team will now travel to Germany after the Poland tournament to hold a 3-day training camp in the country.
