The match has been scheduled at Stockholm’s Tele2 Arena on March 25.
The officials of the Iranian team are going to postpone the match because several players have been called up for international duty.
Karl-Erik Nilsson, head of Swedish Football Association, has reportedly called his Iranian counterpart Ali Kaffashian and has requested him to avoid the friendly cancellation.
