Iran Crowned Asian Nations Cup U-14 Chess Team Champion
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran won the title of the 1st Asian Nations Cup U-14 Chess Team Championship on Tuesday.
The Iranian team won the blitz title with 15 points after nine rounds.
Iran consists of Arash Daghli, Mehdi Gholami, Anahita Zahedifar, Borna Derakhshani.
Host China finished in second place with 14 points and Sri Lanka came third with 13 points.
The 1st Asian Nations Cup Under-14 Team Championship is being held in Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province, (west of Shanghai) China from November 5-12.
