Iran Stays Top of Sitting Volleyball Rankings
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran men’s sitting volleyball team remained top of the sitting volleyball rankings.
The Persians overtook Paralympic champion Bosnia and Herzegovina after defeating the team 3-1 at Rio 2016.
Iranian men’s sitting volleyball team is the most decorated team in Paralympics with six gold medals.
Also, Iran women’s sitting volleyball team, who took part at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games for the first time, is sixth.
The US women’s sitting volleyball team has overtaken China for the No. 1 spot for the first time in programme history.
