Lebanese Hezbollah Describes as ‘Appalling’ Damascus Terrorist Blasts

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Lebanese Hezbollah Resistance Movement strongly condemned Wednesday’s terrorist bombings in the Syrian capital of Damascus.

At least 30 people were killed and 100 others injured in a suicide attack targeting a courthouse in the center of the Syrian capital on Wednesday.

Takfiri terrorists detonated a bomb in the Hamidiyeh neighborhood and targeted the Arab country’s Palace of Justice.

Condemning the attack, the Lebanese movement said the attack was an "appalling reaction... to the major victories recorded by the Syrian Army and its allies on more than one front in Syria against terrorist Takfiris and criminal gunmen."

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.

Hezbollah further expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the victims and wished speedy recoveries for the wounded.
