Javad Dehghanizad scored four goals for Golsapoosh while Seyyed Ali Nazem, Mohammadali Mokhtari, Mostafa Dehghani, Hamidreza Dehghani and Seyyed Mohammad Dastan scored one goal each.
Russian champion Lokomotiv also defeated Portuguese giant Sporting 6-5 in another match.
Golsapoosh will face Lokomotiv on Tuesday while Sporting is planned to meet Levante.
The competition is taking place in Iran’s central city of Yazd between March 27 and 29.
