The victory at Isa City Sports Hall earns Iran a semi-final seat in the competition.
Porya Yali was the top scorer for Iran with 18 points, while Amirhossein Esfandiar added 14 more points.
Victor Cardoso and Welinton Oppenkoski were Brazil’s top performers scoring 13 points each.
Iran will play South Korea on Saturday in semis.
The tournament is being hosted by Bahrain in the cities of Riffa and Isa Town from 18 to 27 August 2017.
