The Tehran-based team, who had defeated Sepahan 3-0 and Sanat Naft 4-0 in their two previous matches, beat Esteghlal Khuzestan 3-0 in Ahvaz’s Ghadir Stadium.
Vouria Ghafouri opened the scoring for the visiting team just seven minutes into the match.
Ali Ghorbani made it 2-0 in the 47th minute and Rouzbeh Cheshmi scored Esteghlal’s third goal in the 74th minute.
Esteghlal moved provisionally to the fourth place with 26 points, 11 points behind IPL leader Persepolis.
