The 30-year-old defender, who has also played in Italian team Siena, will travel to Iran on Thursday to negotiate with Tractor Sazi.
Odibe most recently played for Kazakhstan’s Akzhayik and now is a free agent player.
Tractor Sazi is preparing for the 2018 AFC Champions League, where it has been drawn with the UAE’s Al-Jazira, Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia and Winner Play-off West 3 in Group A.
